Besarta Ahmetaj

Besarta Ahmetaj is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kutia since March 2021, Besarta specializes in software solutions within a global context. Prior to this role, Besarta worked as a Human Resources Officer at Kreditimi Rural i Kosovës L.L.C from May 2018 to February 2021, focusing on new hire orientation, HR-related support, and maintaining compliance records. Earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant with Migros Group and SuperVIVA, and as a Sales Marketing Coordinator at Citysale. Besarta holds a Master's degree in Management and Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Prishtina.
