Miguel Zamora

Miguel Zamora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Miguel is currently working at Kutir Corporation as a Recruiter Team Lead and Technical Sr Recruiter, where they focus on connecting IT talent with global clients. Prior to this, Miguel worked at Red Efectiva as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, evaluation, retention, and engagement. Miguel also served as an HR Business Partner at Dentalia, where they specialized in talent management. Miguel has previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at CGBOT and worked as an Administrative Assistant at IKUSI. Miguel started their career as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World, where they gained valuable customer service experience.

Miguel Zamora pursued their education at Universidad Tecmilenio from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management. During their time at Universidad Tecmilenio, they gained a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business administration and management. In 2007, they also attended Disney University, specializing in Customer Service Management. Although they did not receive a degree from Disney University, they acquired valuable knowledge and skills in managing customer interactions effectively.
