From 1996-2001, they worked at ABB and Elsag-Bailey as Regional Sales Manager. From 1995-1996, they were Regional Sales Manager at Sensycon GmbH, and from 1995-1995, they were Regional Sales Manager at Weed Fiber Optics, Inc.

Mark Seid attended Texas A&M University from 1984 to 1990, where they earned a B. Sc. in Industrial Distribution with a field of study in Engineering Technology.
