Matt Paulsen's work experience includes the following roles:

1. Installation Manager at Kuva Systems (2022-present)

2. Service Operations Manager at Konecranes (2021-2022)

- Responsibilities included managing a team of 18 Technicians and schedulers, overseeing crane installations, forecasting, approving purchase orders and budgets, managing technicians' schedules, HR and safety representation, managing trainings and orientations, overseeing technical jobs, maintaining branch facilities and rentals, sub-contracting services, approving invoices, visiting customers, and handling shipping and receiving.

3. Field Operations Supervisor at GE (2013-2021)

Matt Paulsen began their education in 2009 at Fanshawe College, where they pursued a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. Matt completed this program in 2013. Additionally, in the same year, they began another Diploma program at Fanshawe College, this time in Electromechanical Engineering Technician. Matt finished this program in 2012.
