Nathon Mowbray

Nathon Mowbray has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nathon started their career at Soundsaround Inc as an Assistant Manager where they were responsible for maintaining warehouse workflow and redesigning space for new equipment. Nathon also conducted daily production meetings, scheduled production jobs, and ensured on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

After that, Nathon worked at Shaw Communications in various roles. As a Technical Customer Support Representative, they provided assistance to field technicians installing Shaw equipment in customers' homes. Nathon then transitioned to the role of a Quality Assurance Analyst, overseeing the planning and development of test plans for device activation projects and identifying and prioritizing defects through Jira. Later, they became a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, leading a small manual testing team and managing compliance with application and security requirements. Nathon also led off-site teams completing automated tests to support successful product development.

Following their time at Shaw Communications, Nathon joined Rublix Development Pte. Ltd. as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for gathering and classifying business requirements and improving test plans and strategies. Nathon also created defect processes and templates to increase testing efficiency.

Nathon then established their own company, Mowbray Consulting Inc, and served as the Owner from 2019 to 2021.

Nathon later joined Boardwalk as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they focused on testing property management software through manual and automation testing. Nathon introduced and led the API automation initiative, utilizing the ReadyAPI tool to improve efficiency and confidence in making changes to multiple integrations.

Nathon'smost recent role was at Benevity, where they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In addition to executing testing through both manual and automation processes, Nathon introduced and led the UI automation initiative using the Playwright framework. Nathon also learned to read and write in JavaScript and TypeScript for test automation.

Currently, Nathon is working at Kuva Systems as a Senior QA Engineer.

Nathon Mowbray's education history shows that in 2020, they completed two courses in test automation from Udemy Online Learning. The first course, called "Elegant Browser Automation with Python and Selenium," focused on test automation using Python and Selenium. The second course, "Elegant Automation Frameworks with Python and Pytest," covered building automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.

In 2019, Nathon Mowbray pursued online learning through Codecademy and obtained a degree in "Learn Java" with a focus on computer programming.

Additionally, in 2015, Nathon Mowbray completed a course titled "Web Services Testing using SoapUI" from Udemy Online Learning, which centered around test automation in web services using SoapUI.
