Mohammed Abo Sleem

Mohammed Abo Sleem is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer and Senior DBA currently leading a team at the Kuwait Civil Service Commission since December 2012, focusing on Oracle Software Administration, Design, and Architecture. With a robust background from ORACLE from May 2006 to December 2012 as a Senior Software/DBA Support Engineer, Mohammed specialized in diverse Oracle technologies, including Enterprise Manager, RAC databases, and DataGuard, alongside responsibilities in Grid Technology Support. Prior experience includes serving as Software Solutions Manager at Aflak Software, where project management and software development were key roles. Mohammed holds an MBA in Global Business and a Certified SCRUM Master credential, completed at Paris ESLSCA Business School and the SCRUM Alliance, respectively, along with a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from Mansoura University.
