Anisha Thomas

Anisha Thomas, Ph.D., currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Kuwait College of Science and Technology since January 2023. Prior to this role, Anisha held the position of Senior Lecturer and Team Lead at Colleges of Excellence from March 2016 to January 2023, and also worked as a Senior Lecturer and Student Achievement Manager at Oxford Partnership from August 2019 to April 2021. Anisha began a career in education as a Business & Accounting Lecturer at Interserve Learning & Employment from March 2016 to April 2019, where contributions included course design and assessment moderation. Anisha’s academic journey started as an Assistant Professor at MAR THOMA INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, focusing on postgraduate courses in Financial Management and Human Resource Management. Anisha holds a Ph.D. in Rural Women Entrepreneurship from the University of Kerala and has completed an MBA in Human Resources Management and Financial Management as well as a BBA. Additionally, Anisha earned a TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Teacher Education and Professional Development.
