Sulaiman A. Boutaiban possesses extensive experience in credit and collection management, currently serving as the Manager of the Credit (Retail) Department at Commercial Facilities Company since September 2007. In this role, Sulaiman leads efforts to enhance company sales while focusing on customer assessment and review. Sulaiman has held various positions within the same organization, including Assistant Manager in both the Branches Department and Follow up & Collection, along with starting as a Clerk. Since May 2015, Sulaiman has also acted as the Cinet Contact Person for Credit Information Network. Previous experience includes serving as a Complaints System Authorized at the Central Bank of Kuwait from January 2014 to December 2016. The company is also preparing and developing risk tools and standards and its related information and data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 9 of 2019 regarding the regulation of credit information exchange and its executive regulations. CINET places all its capabilities to provide the financial, banking and commercial sectors with a wide range of services in the field of credit reporting, credit rating and other value-added services.
