Dr. Musleh al-Otaibi

Dr. Musleh Al-Otaibi is an experienced professional in the oil industry, currently serving as Manager of Operational Services Export and Marine at Kuwait Oil Company since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing Quality Assurance, Business Improvement, and Enterprise Risk Management. Dr. Al-Otaibi previously held positions such as Manager Operations Heavy Oil and Manager Operations (South Kuwait) at KOC, facilitating oil production across the region. Earlier career highlights include a role as General Manager at MJ Company and teaching at Applied Technologies College. Dr. Al-Otaibi holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field, achieving Outstanding Honor's List at Kuwait University and Penn State respectively.
