Israa Behbehani

Israa Behbehani started their work experience in 1999 at Ooredoo_Kuwait, where they worked as an Operations Analyst in Business Process Management from August 1999 to December 2002. Israa then transitioned to the role of Project Manager in the PMO from January 2003 to July 2008.

In 2008, Israa joined Kuwait Telecommunication Company (stc) and served as a Senior Project Manager in the CEO Office from August 2008 to December 2009. Israa'sresponsibilities included ensuring operational and business readiness of VIVA through planning and execution of test scenarios, mitigating launch risks, and conducting customer surveys.

From January 2010 to March 2012, Israa held the position of Senior Project Manager in the Technology department at Kuwait Telecommunication Company (stc). Israa then advanced to the role of Technology PMO Senior Manager from April 2012 to September 2019, where they ensured the successful completion of Technology projects within time and budget, as well as managed budget control.

Israa's next role at Kuwait Telecommunication Company (stc) was IT PMO and Compliance Director, which they held from October 2019 to May 2021. Currently, they work as the Business Intelligence Director - IT, starting in June 2021.

Israa Behbehani earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication, specializing in Radio & Television, from Kuwait University between 1995 and 1999. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Enterprise Architecture Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022, and Big Data in the Age of AI, Agile Foundations, Digital Transformation, Leading with Innovation, RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, and Professional Scrum Master I from LinkedIn and Scrum.org between 2020 and 2022.
