Veleddin Dalkılınç has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Billing Charging & Software Solutions Manager at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell since August 2010, where responsibilities include managing a 17-member team focused on application development, billing, charging, and reporting. Previous roles at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell encompass Operations Manager, Demand Manager, Agile Coach, and Technical Analyst, with contributions to application operations, reporting, demand management, and the establishment of the first agile team within the company. Veleddin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University and an MBA from Cyprus International University.
