Jannie Højer

Jannie Højer has a diverse work experience in the field of People Development and HR. Jannie is currently a Director of People Development at Kvadrat since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Head of People Development at Kvadrat from May 2018 to August 2021. Jannie also served as an HR Development Manager at Kvadrat from January 2015 to April 2018. Before joining Kvadrat, Jannie worked as a Development Consultant at Århus Kommune from September 2009 to December 2014. Jannie also had experience at Vestas Wind Systems as a Director of Competence Development and a Project Manager in Business Performance from 2007 to 2009. Jannie's early career includes roles at Arla Foods as an HR Project Manager, Project Coordinator Ett Arla, HR Process Coordinator, and IT Consultant from 1999 to 2007.

Jannie Højer obtained their Master's degree in Learning Processes, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Psychology (MLP) from Aalborg University. Jannie pursued this degree from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sinology and communication from Aarhus University from 1990 to 1997.
