Elena Nasyrova

Elena Nasyrova is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget and cost control across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Budget and Cost Control at RusGasShelf since June 2019, Elena has also held the position of Cost Controller at JV RN-Statoil since January 2016 and Budget and Cost Engineer at Kvaerner since July 2014. Previously, Elena contributed to Total E&P Russie in multiple roles including Budget and Cost Engineer for the Kharyaga Development Project, DO Cost Control Coordinator, and Cost Controller from May 2008 to June 2014. Earlier experience includes being an Accountant at OOO “ATL Stolica” from February 2007 to May 2008. Elena holds a specialist degree in Financial Management from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, completed in 2008, and attended Bryansk Lyceum №1 from 1997 to 2003.
