Robert Kolczykiewicz

Robert Kolczykiewicz is a highly experienced Senior Engineer with a robust background in engineering and project management within the oil and gas industry. Currently at Aker Solutions since October 2021, Robert is responsible for establishing the scope of work and optimizing processes across Engineering, Fabrication, and Installation while mentoring young engineers. Previously, Robert held senior engineering roles at Kvaerner from August 2012 and served as Discipline Leader for pivotal projects like Njord Future and Johan Sverdrup. Robert has also contributed to Equinor as a Field Engineer on the Johan Castberg FPSO in Singapore and as a Discipline Leader at Aker Solutions before that. Other significant roles include System Responsible Engineer and ICC Engineer, with experience managing construction coordination and system responsibilities in multiple projects. Robert holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Lubelska.
