Randy Whitlow

Randy Whitlow is a Telecommunication Designer at kW Mission Critical Engineering, a member of WSP. Previously, Randy served the City of Phoenix in multiple roles, including Lead Information Technology System Specialist, Enterprise IT Project Manager, and Enterprise Data Center Manager. Additional experience includes working as a Project Manager for a communications contractor and as a Communications Designer at The University of British Columbia.
