Bob Lindeman

Bob Lindeman is the Managing Director and Founder of The Overture Group, LLC, a leading provider of Executive and Professional Search and Compensation Consulting for mid-size organizations. With over a decade of experience at The Overture Group, Bob Lindeman has also served on multiple boards, including as Chair of the Compensation Committee for H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company and LPi, and as a Board Member for Kelley Williamson Co. and Catholic Charities - Greater Chicagoland Area. Prior to these roles, Bob Lindeman held various advisory and leadership positions with organizations such as Stop-N-Go and RSM McGladrey, Inc., where consultation focused on strategy and human capital. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University and advanced studies at the University of Chicago and Benedictine University.
