Raghav R began their career as a Trainee Test Engineer at PTW in April 2014. Raghav then progressed through various roles, including Test Engineer - Functionality, Senior Test Engineer - Compliance, Assistant Team Lead - Compliance, Team Lead - Compliance, and finally Senior Lead - Compliance. Raghav worked at PTW until June 2022. In 2022, they joined Kwalee as a QA Compliance Lead.

Raghav R completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, with a duration of study from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Excel 2021 Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC)" and "How to Organize Your Time and Your Life" from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
