Tomás Lungenstrass Poulsen

Tomás Lungenstrass Poulsen has worked as a Lead Data Scientist at two companies. Tomás started their career at Arara in March 2016 and held this role until January 2021. In February 2021, they joined Kwali as a Lead Data Scientist, where they are currently employed.

Tomás Lungenstrass Poulsen has an extensive education history. Tomás pursued their academic journey with a focus on mathematics and physics. Tomás completed their high school education at Fundación Educacional Santiago College from 1992 to 2005.

In 2006, Tomás began their undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering in 2008. Following this, they continued their education at École Polytechnique from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Mathematics and achieving the degree of Ingénieur Polytechnicien.

Motivated to further expand their knowledge and expertise in Mathematics, Tomás returned to Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2011 and completed a Master's Degree in the subject in 2012.

Displaying a strong inclination towards theoretical and mathematical physics, they proceeded to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2012 to 2015, concentrating specifically on Theoretical and Mathematical Physics.

Additionally, Tomás obtained a certification in Data Visualization from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2015.
