Reid Douglas

Director of Customer Success at Kwema

Reid Douglas has been in the workforce since 2018. Reid began their career as an Operations Assistant at YouthCARE, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Kwema as a Human Centered Design, conducting weekly user research reports and leading design thinking activities on the product. In 2019, they moved to Ideoclick, Inc. as an Operational Compliance Specialist. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Kwema.

Reid Douglas obtained a Research Master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Amsterdam in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology and Society and Spanish from Pitzer College in 2018. In 2016, they also attended the University of Havana for a course in Sociology & Technology.
