Habeeba Shaheen has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Habeeba began their career at Teleperformance Egypt in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. After four years, they moved on to Europcar Egypt in 2018, where they worked as a Corporate Account Manager until 2019. In 2020, Habeeba joined Kwentra as a Technical Account Manager, and later advanced to the role of Customer Support Manager in January 2023. Throughout their career, Habeeba has gained valuable experience in customer service, account management, and technical support.
