Mike Kalnas

Mike Kalnas is currently a Project Finance Associate at kWh Analytics. Prior to this, they worked as a Relationship Manager at MUFG from July 2018 to November 2021, where they supported senior bankers in providing lending and investment banking products to public, private, and sponsored corporate clients across the sector. Their primary responsibilities included researching and predicting client capital and risk management needs, preparing client pitches, driving internal deal screening and liquidity approval processes, portfolio and relationship profitability analysis, and supporting credit applications.

Before MUFG, Mike Kalnas worked as a Market and Investor Research Intern at Forest Devices, Inc. from February 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for conducting market research, preparing investment proposals and presentations, and communicating with potential investors.

Mike Kalnas began their professional career as a U.S. Wholesale Banking Summer Analyst at MUFG in the Healthcare Group from June 2017 to August 2017. In this role, they assisted senior bankers in providing financing solutions to healthcare clients and helped prepare pitch books and credit proposals.

After Mike Kalnas graduated from Seton-La Salle High School, they attended Carnegie Mellon University. There, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in finance with a focus in biomedical engineering.
