Adeyemi Adewale has had a varied work experience since 2010. Adeyemi began their career as a Marketing employee at African Alliance Insurance PLC in 2010. Adeyemi then moved to Field/Data Entry Officer at Field in 2011, Sales Executive at Pacis Multiplex Limited in 2013, Call Centre Agent at Calltell Nigeria Limited in 2015, and Customer Service at IROKO Partners Limited in 2015. In 2019, they became a Telesales/Customer Service Agent at Jumia Nigeria. Most recently, they have been an Order Management Officer and a Customer Service Telesales at Kwik since 2021. In each of these roles, Adeyemi has been responsible for monitoring and evaluation of order issues, developing and managing service management best practices, communication and facilitation of service operations, maintaining client expectations, and providing and improving relationship gaps in business and service delivery.

Adeyemi Adewale obtained a National Diploma in Journalism from the College of Journalism in 2003. Adeyemi then attended the Lagos State Polytechnic, graduating with an HND in Mass Comm in 2008. In 2006, Adeyemi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Adeyemi also obtained a Fellow in Marketing Strategy from the Nigerian Institute of Marketing in 2010. In April 2022, Adeyemi obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
