Aloh Ekenedirichukwu has had a long and varied career in customer service and administrative roles. In 2013, they began their career as an Administrative Officer at F U Aloma & Son limited, where they managed office supplies, prepared regular reports and office budgets, maintained and updated company databases, organized filing systems, answered queries, and updated office policies. In 2015, they moved to Overflow pharmacy Store as an Inside Sales Representative, where they attended to customers, explained the right information about drugs, and concluded transactions. In 2017, they joined Filmhouse Cinemas as a Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Executive. In 2020, they joined Rexglobe Fuel Services limited as an Executive Assistant/Admin Manager and Commercial Executive/Customer Service Executive. In 2022, they began roles as a Customer Experience Officer at Kwik and an Admin/Customer Service Lead at Olive Prime Premium Psychological Services. Additionally, in 2019, they served as a Virtual Special Assistant at Ukaba Development Centre, Ebonyi State, where they assisted the coordinator in handling the affairs of the development centre, managed the coordinator's calendar and itinerary, made reservations, booked flights, planned day-to-day activities, prepared speeches, coordinated outdoor events, and managed staff members.
Aloh Ekenedirichukwu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ebonyi State University between 2009 and 2013. In 2019, they obtained a certification from the Nigeria Red Cross Society and in 2020 they obtained a Jobberman Soft Skills Training certification from Jobberman Nigeria.
