Birte Fabian

Birte Fabian has extensive work experience in HR and labor law. Birte currently serves as the Global Head of HR Business Partners at KWS Group since November 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at MBB Fertigungstechnik GmbH from December 2016 to October 2018. Birte also held leadership positions at CLAAS KGaA mbH, where they served as the Head of International Labor Law and Industrial Relations from July 2014 to November 2016, and as the Senior HR Manager International Labor Law and Employee Relations from June 2008 to June 2014. Before their time at CLAAS, they worked as an Attorney at Law at Vogl et Kollegen from June 2001 to May 2008 and at Gellbach und Schlephorst from June 2000 to May 2001.

Birte Fabian attended Universität Trier from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained their 1. Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften (Law). Birte then went on to complete their 2. Juristisches Staatsexamen at Landgericht Siegen during a period that is not specified. Later on, Birte pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership and Human Resources at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences. The dates for this program are not provided.
