Federica Alberti

Federica Alberti is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer services, logistics, and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Services and Logistic Operations for KWS Group in Italy and the EMEA region since January 2021. Prior to this role, Federica held various positions, including Supply Chain Manager for the EMEA region at KWS Group, Sales Operations Manager at GOLLINUCCI, and Sales and Services Representative at Manpower. A graduate of Bologna Business School with an MBA, Federica also holds degrees in Diplomacy and International Politics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has pursued advanced studies in International Relations at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Additionally, Federica has international experience from educational engagements in Utrecht University and the Istituto Affari Internazionali, emphasizing expertise in European integration and transatlantic relationships.
