Sue Clough has extensive experience in brand management and customer service, currently serving as Brand Manager at KYB Europe since July 1999, where responsibilities include website management, intranet creation, media planning, international trade show coordination, social media management, training program development, brand image oversight, and project management. Previously, Sue held the position of Customer Service Manager at KYB UK, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery in the UK aftermarket, and served as Customer Service Supervisor at the newly established KYB UK branch. Early career roles included administrative positions at BICC Cables, Indepth Services, and Tomlinson Heath Insurance Broker. Sue holds a BA Hons in European Studies & French from Edge Hill University, an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and a qualification in Principles of Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
