Caroline Ruark

Caroline Ruark is the Head of Governance and General Counsel at RiskScreen, and also serves as an Executive Assistant at KYC360° Technologies. With a background in law, Caroline has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions, particularly in investment funds. Caroline has worked for various global clients and brings a unique skillset to the KYC360° Technologies team. Prior to her current roles, Caroline held positions at Mourant Ozannes, Maples and Calder, Slaughter and May, and Maclay Murray & Spens.
