Silas, Shuangyin Ge has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Silas, Shuangyin currently holds the position of Partner & VP, Customer Success at Kyligence since March 2022. Silas, Shuangyin also served as a Workflow Manager from November 2011 to April 2013 and Technical Support Engineer II from April 2011 to November 2011.

Silas, Shuangyin Ge completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, attending from 2005 to 2009. Prior to their university education, Silas attended the Shanghai Foreign Language School for an unspecified period of time. Silas, Shuangyin also obtained several certifications, including "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" and "An Introduction to Operations Management" from Coursera in June and May 2014 respectively. In March 2014, they completed the certification course "Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems" also from Coursera. Silas obtained the "EMC Information Storage Associate" certification from EMC in November 2011. Most recently, they obtained the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2017.
