Andrea Johnson

Andrea Johnson is the Senior Director of HR at Kymanox. Andrea has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Kymanox for two years. Prior to Kymanox, Andrea was the Senior HR Manager at Novan, Inc. from January 2015 to March 2017. While at Novan, Andrea was responsible for leading the HR & OD department, which included strategy and execution of Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Employee Development & Training.

Andrea has a proven track record of being a successful business partner and executive coach for department leaders on organizational development initiatives. Andrea has also designed and implemented a company-wide online performance appraisal tool and process, as well as conducting compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal alignment for employees and future hires. In their previous role, they collaborated with the CFO and CEO to design and implement a short-term and long-term incentive program for employees.

Their manager is Stephen M. Perry, Founder & CEO. Andrea Johnson works with Ryan M. Doxey - Director, Technical Services, Izi Bruker - SVP, Clinical, Medical, & Regulatory Affairs, and Faith Fraley - Director, CQV Engineering.
