Andrea Uribe

Andrea Uribe, MBA, has a strong background in strategic sourcing and procurement. Andrea most recently served as the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Kymera Therapeutics, where they were responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies. Prior to that, they held roles as the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing at Novo Nordisk and Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. Before transitioning into strategic sourcing, Andrea worked in procurement and supply chain roles at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. Andrea has experience managing global vendor relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. Andrea's early career included roles as a Procurement Engineer at Huawei Technologies and a Business Analyst at Aquanima. Andrea holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and has expertise in process improvement and project management from their time at IBM.

Andrea Uribe, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Hult International Business School in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 1999 to 2004. Andrea also pursued a Biotech in Drug Development - Tools for Business program at Harvard Extension School starting from 2011. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute for Supply Management.
