Erik Corcoran has worked at various companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Erik started their career as a Research Scientist at Microcide Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2000. Erik then joined ImClone Systems, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, as a Scientist II from 2002 to 2011. After that, they joined H3 Biomedicine as a Sr. Research Associate II from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they worked at Editas Medicine as a Principal Research Associate from 2015 to 2017. Erik then joined Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) and held multiple roles including Scientist II from 2017 to 2023. During their time at NIBR, they served as a Principal Scientist I and Scientific Technical Leader I from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Erik is employed as a Principal Scientist at Kymera Therapeutics starting from 2023.
Erik Corcoran obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
