Alice Linkletter

Alice Linkletter is a seasoned professional in organizational development and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Culture & Engagement at Kyndryl since June 2025. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Senior Director of People Analytics - Employee Experience at Travelers from August 2022 to January 2025.
