Prior experience at IBM spans over a decade, holding roles such as Strategic Sales Director for Large Deals, Strategic Sales Manager, and Offering Management & Development Leader, focusing on outsourcing and cloud transformation, P&L management, and strategic business development. Early career stages included positions at Steria as Profit Center Assistant Manager and Project Manager, emphasizing project management and IT consulting. Fady holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a degree in Computer & Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
