Karthik Krishnamurthy

Karthik Krishnamurthy is an experienced HR professional currently serving in Global HR Shared Services at Kyndryl since July 2025. Prior to this role, Karthik was the Head of People & Culture for Services and Solutions at bp, where significant achievements included establishing BP's first HR shared services hub in India and generating $3.8 million in measurable business value through strategic innovation initiatives. Karthik also served as Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Conduent, leading the Global People Services and enhancing onboarding efficiency. Earlier experience includes significant roles at The World Bank, where Karthik transformed HR operations, and positions at HCL Tech and ManpowerGroup, focusing on HR operations and executive placements. Karthik holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Griffith University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Lincoln.
