Sarah Broomfield

Sarah Broomfield has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sarah is currently working as the HR Director for Global & Regional Shared Functions at Kyowa Kirin International plc. Since joining the company in 2021, they have also served as an HR Consultant. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Celgene as an Associate Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2020. Sarah has also held positions at Heathrow Express and Heathrow, where they managed HR policies and processes. Sarah began their career as a Senior Employment Legal Specialist at B&Q.

Sarah Broomfield completed a Sociology BA (Hons) degree at the University of Exeter. Additionally, they pursued studies in CIPD at Solent University.
