Rafael Hernandez

Rafael Hernandez, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President and National Practice Leader for Tolling Solutions at Kyra Solutions, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rafael accumulated extensive experience at the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority, where the positions included Director of Operations for Electronic Toll Collections and Operations Manager, focusing on strategic functions and data governance within toll operations. Rafael's earlier career also includes roles as Project Manager at Ferrovial, where responsibilities involved advising on technology for public-private partnership projects, and as a Test Engineer at CAI, overseeing the development of electronic toll collection systems. Rafael holds an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín.
