Alan Joyce

Alan Joyce has worked in the software engineering field since 2005. Alan began their career at Star Cave Studios as a Programmer. In 2007, they joined Pramerica as a Systems Engineer/Websphere Message Broker Developer. During their time there, they designed, architected and developed web services, messaging flows and message sets. Alan also facilitated communication between mainframe, Unix and Windows systems with data retrieval from DB2, MsSQL, Sybase and Oracle databases. Alan also worked as a Systems Engineer/Software Developer and Systems Engineer/Programmer. In 2014, Alan joined CableLabs as a Software Engineer. In this role, they developed, maintained and supported .NET and web applications, implemented the automation of functional testing for .NET applications, and implemented the adoption of Team Foundation Server 2013. In 2016, they moved to Kyrio as a Software Engineer.

Alan Joyce obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from the University of Galway between 2001 and 2005. Alan also holds a TLM Level 3 Certificate for RDK - B Certified Engineers from Credersi, obtained in August 2022.
