Fowsia Elmi

Fowsia Elmi is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Kyros, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Case Investigator at the Minnesota Department of Health from 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they were an Advocate at The Arc Minnesota. Before that, they were a Program Officer at Humanitarian Initiative Just Relief Aid from 2015 to 2016.

Fowsia Elmi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Augsburg University in 2015. Fowsia then obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Oxford Seminars Certification in May 2015. In 2021, they earned a Full Stack Software Engineering Certification from Prime Digital Academy in the field of Computer Software Engineering.
