Vaneeta Malhotra, PhD has extensive work experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Vaneeta is currently the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition Americas at Impetus, a global big data solutions and services company. In this role, they are responsible for leading the HR and talent acquisition functions for the Americas region. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at Impetus and played a key role in leadership hiring. Vaneeta also worked as the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition at Kyvos Insights.

Before joining Impetus and Kyvos Insights, Vaneeta served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and International Director at BElife LLC. In this position, they oversaw the global HR function and was instrumental in talent acquisition, training, and development. Vaneeta also played a key role in planning and implementing an online training portal for executive programs globally.
