Bill Tarkanian

Bill Tarkanian, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at The Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse (L.A. CADA), has a background in law and political science. With experience in program development and community services, Bill has been a key figure in creating innovative programs to aid marginalized populations and increase access to essential services. As an adjunct professor at East Los Angeles College and Azusa Pacific University, Bill continues to educate and inspire students in their field of expertise.
