Caroline Chung

Caroline Chung is an experienced professional in community programs and grant management. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Programs at L.A. Care Health Plan since October 2022, Caroline has previously held roles such as Startup Program Manager and Development Grant Manager at Volunteers of America Los Angeles from October 2019 to October 2022. Caroline's extensive background also includes a position as Grants Manager at UniHealth Foundation from September 2007 to March 2019, as well as experience in grants administration at J. Paul Getty Trust and earlier roles at UniHealth Foundation. Caroline holds a Master of Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts/Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University.
