Harish Uppala

Harish Uppala is an experienced Sr Voice Engineer at L.A. Care Health Plan, specializing in Cisco Collaboration and UCCE Infrastructure since April 2021. Prior to this role, Harish served as a Voice and Contact Center Engineer at State Farm ®, where responsibilities included managing over 2000 toll-free numbers on the AT&T network and successfully completing numerous business requests without issues.
