Julius Moyo

Julius Moyo is a seasoned professional in higher education and program management, currently serving as the Senior Learning Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at L.A. Care Health Plan since August 2023. Previously, Julius worked as Program Director at The Posse Foundation, where Julius effectively combined non-profit project management with higher education experience by employing design thinking strategies. Other notable roles include Manager of Explainers at New York Hall of Science, First Year Seminar Instructor at Baruch College, and various positions at Goddard Riverside Community Center, where Julius advanced from Options Center Success Counselor to Team Manager. Julius also has experience in admissions at New York University and leadership development at New York Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Boston University.
