Jyl Russell

Jyl Russell has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles with notable companies. Jyl is currently the Sr. Director of HR Business Support and Org. Effectiveness at L.A. Care Health Plan. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Behavioral Health Services, Inc. and as the Director of Human Resources for Fasteners at Sargent Aerospace & Defense. Jyl also held positions at Northrop Grumman Space Technology/Aerospace Systems, Fox Entertainment, and Boeing, where they gained valuable experience in HR strategy, policy, and employee support.

Jyl Russell earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from California State University, Fullerton between the years 1992 and 1995.
