Richard M.

Richard M. has a diverse work experience. Richard started their career as a Student Ambassador at California State University-Long Beach from August 2017 to May 2018. Richard then worked as a Senior Recruiter at Research Design Specialists from November 2018 to June 2019, where they were responsible for finding potential respondents and screening them for marketing research studies. Currently, Richard is working at L.A. Care Health Plan since June 2019. Richard initially served as an Authorization Technician, creating outpatient and inpatient approval letters. Richard has since been promoted to the role of Lead Authorization Technician, where they troubleshoot and provides resolutions for escalated cases.
