Sandra Bolleurs

Sandra Bolleurs possesses extensive experience in health program management and outreach. Currently serving as the Health Homes Program Manager at L.A. Care Health Plan since May 2019, Sandra effectively oversees health home initiatives. Concurrently, Sandra has held the role of Outreach Manager at St. Vincent Medical Center since April 2014, focusing on community engagement and support. Prior to these positions, Sandra contributed to donation development at OneLegacy from 2007 to 2014. Sandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles.
