Clark Scharman

As the Construction Program Manager, Clark is responsible for the management of all estimating, as well as project management personnel, activities, and processes. He is a graduate of the U.S Naval Academy and former submarine officer and a Performance and Reliability Engineer for Chevron’s Drilling and Completions division. He is a member of the Association of General Contractors, Associated Builders and Contractors, and Chesapeake Area Shelter Team.
