Wayne Barker

Wayne Barker has progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, finance, and management roles at various companies like L.A. Care Health Plan, Xerox Services, and ACS, Inc. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Bentley University. At L.A. Care Health Plan, Wayne serves as the Manager of Sourcing & Procurement, overseeing contracting initiatives, budgets, and spending analysis. Prior to this, Wayne worked as a Finance Director at Xerox Services and a Finance Manager at ACS, Inc. Wayne also has experience in developing RFP's, SOW's, and managing P&L estimates and budgets.
