Kimberly Roberts

Chief Programs Officer at L A FAMILY HOUSING CORPORATION

Kimberly is a longtime leader in the homeless service system in Los Angeles. She is a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 15 years of experience working with communities impacted by income inequality and homelessness. She compliments her professional training with lived expertise, having experienced homelessness and housing instability as a child and youth in San Diego.

In her recent role as Deputy Chief Programs Officer at LA Family Housing, Kimberly oversaw the implementation of a wide range of programs designed to help households access services, prevent evictions, and transition out of homelessness. She has shared her knowledge, expertise and best practices with organizations and communities across the country, providing technical assistance to homeless systems seeking to improve equity and quality across their programs.

As a resident of the San Fernando Valley, Kimberly sees the critical need for innovative programs in Service Planning Area 2. In her role as Chief Programs Officer, she oversees all aspects of Homeless and Housing programs, Regional Coordianiton, is an elected member of the LA CoC CES Policy Council and leads the SPA 2 Steering Committee.
