Justin Schwartz is an experienced program manager and operations leader with a strong background in workforce development and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as the RSVP Education Program Manager at L.A. Works, Justin mobilizes 130 senior volunteers to mentor youth in career skills, develops curriculum for over 500 participants weekly, and manages a large volunteer event. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Always Coffee, where Justin enhanced staff development through training and conflict resolution strategies, and Assistant Manager at Coffee Kiosk, focusing on customer service, team productivity, and profitability. An early career as a Supervisor for Dining Services at the University of California, Riverside, showcases Justin's abilities in customer management and training development. Justin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of California, Riverside.

L.A. Works
L.A. Works is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, volunteer action center that creates and implements hands-on community service projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area. We strive to empower Angelenos to address pressing social issues through volunteerism and community collaborations. Founded in 1991, our mission consists of three principal pillars: 1. INCREASE volunteer participation in community service projects; 2. PROVIDE our nonprofit partners with access to volunteer labor and other RESOURCES; and 3. EDUCATE and encourage people to engage in the broader social issues affecting the greater Los Angeles Community. Since 1991, L.A. Works has mobilized and led volunteers to contribute over a million hours to Los Angeles through unique volunteer programming. L.A. Works has encouraged corporate citizenship by building a bridge between our corporate partners and the communities of LA.
